6 Endicott Court

6 Endicott Court is a two-unit apartment building on a tucked-away court in Boston's North End, freshly renovated top to bottom. Family-owned and operated by DJ Realty Management since 1950 — no broker fees.

A 1-bedroom on the first floor and a two-level 2-bedroom above. Central A/C, in-unit washer/dryer, and dishwashers in both.

The Building

A tucked-away court, fully refreshed.

Endicott Court is one of the North End's tucked-away addresses — a small lane just off Endicott Street, where the annual Fisherman's Feast procession winds through Boston's Little Italy each August.

Two newly renovated apartments — a 1-bedroom on the first floor and a two-level 2-bedroom on the upper floors. Both units have central A/C, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwashers, and Amazon Key keyless entry, with 24/7 surveillance cameras in the common areas. Brand-new finishes throughout, in one of the city's most-walked corners.

The Neighborhood

Live in Boston's Little Italy without "commuting" to it.

6 Endicott Court sits just off Endicott Street on the western side of the North End, a few steps from Hanover Street's cafés, bakeries, and dinner spots. Each August, the famous Fisherman's Feast — Boston's oldest continuously running Italian-American festival — passes right through the block.

FAQ

When will the units be available?+

The building is currently in the middle of a top-to-bottom renovation. Reach out for current availability and projected move-in dates — we're happy to share progress photos and walk you through the timeline.

How do I apply?+

Apply online directly through our website — no broker, no in-person visit required. You'll need proof of income (last two pay stubs or offer letter), photo ID, and a credit check authorization. Lease signing happens electronically through our secure portal.

What do I pay at lease signing?+

First month, last month, security deposit, and a $50 application fee per applicant. No broker fee, no amenity fee, no other surprises.

Do you allow pets?+

Pets are reviewed case-by-case rather than blanket-approved or denied. Reach out and we'll talk through breed, weight, and number.

Do the units have washer and dryer?+

Yes. Both units have in-unit washer/dryer installed as part of the current renovation.

Do the units have A/C?+

Yes. Both units have central A/C, fresh-installed during the current renovation.

What utilities are included at 6 Endicott Court?+

Tenants pay their own utilities — heat, hot water, electric, and gas.

Is there an elevator at 6 Endicott Court?+

No. 6 Endicott Court is a two-unit walk-up. Unit 1 is on the first floor; Unit 2 is the two-level apartment on the upper floors.

How does Amazon Key entry work?+

Every DJ Realty building uses Amazon Key for keyless entry. You and trusted Amazon couriers get access through the Amazon Key app, so your packages land safely inside the building entryway instead of on the sidewalk.

Are the buildings monitored?+

Yes. All DJ Realty buildings have surveillance cameras recording 24/7. Footage is reviewed only when there's a reported incident.

Who handles maintenance requests?+

Our in-house construction team. We have a Licensed Construction Supervisor and Licensed Real Estate Broker on staff, with a full-time crew based in the North End. For non-emergency requests, we respond by email or text within 1 to 24 hours. For emergencies (water, heat, security), we respond 24/7.

What's the lease length?+

Standard leases are 12 months. We do offer some flexibility for academic-year leases (9-10 months) on select units — ask if that's what you need.

Can I tour remotely or apply from out of state?+

Yes. Many of our tenants apply before they're physically in Boston. We do video tours, accept remote applications, and handle electronic lease signing. You don't need to be in Boston until move-in day.

What's the parking situation?+

Tenants are eligible for a City of Boston resident on-street parking permit in the North End. The building does not have off-street parking.
